Response time
I try to respond within 3–5 working days. During race season or busy periods it may take a little longer. I read every message, but I’m a one-person site and can’t always reply to everything.
What to write about
Formula corrections and errors
If you find a mistake in a formula implementation, a calculation error, or a factual inaccuracy — please tell me. Include the specific page, the incorrect value, and (if possible) the correct source. This is the kind of message I most want to receive.
Questions about the math
If something in the methodology or a formula explanation is unclear, ask. I’ll try to explain it better, and if the question is common enough, I’ll add it to the FAQ on the relevant page.
Suggestions for new calculators or guides
I have a list of future topics but I’m happy to hear what you’d find useful. If there’s a running formula or metric you use that isn’t covered here, let me know.
Privacy requests
For data access, correction, or erasure requests under GDPR, CCPA, or the DPDP Act 2023, use the same email address. See the Privacy Policy for details on what data is collected and your rights.
What I don’t respond to
- Paid link requests, sponsored content, or guest post pitches. I don’t accept them.
- Training advice requests. I’m not a coach and can’t give training guidance.
- Medical questions. See a doctor.
